Pieces of Me

This story about two sisters came out of a fiction workshop I took with the author Jamie Wriston Colbert when I was working on my Master’s in Fiction Writing. It was picked up by Praxis, Journal of Gender & Cultural Critiques [Volume 28, Number 2/2, Winter Spring 2022 Edition. Since this is a Print Journal, the story isn’t available online but I have availed it here. I like this piece because it reminds me where I started and it’s an encouragement to keep going.
